Application

For prospective on-campus students:

1. Fill out Application for Admission and bring to the campus for interview.

2. Fill out an Enrollment Form and Release of Records and submit for approval.

For other prospective students, fill out application for admission and either homeschooling or independent study enrollment form, then bring to school for visit with administration.
